Director
Fred is a
multi-disciplined professional with successful experience in
public accounting, law, military leadership, personnel
management, systems design, and financial and business
consulting. His professional accomplishments include financial,
business and organizational structuring, and budgeting for
multimillion dollar projects and operations. He has successfully
structured and defended tax, business and securities issues
through administrative agencies and the judicial system.
Fred has
extensive experience designing and implementing systems and
processes for organizations. He has evaluated and made
recommendations for change and re-alignment of staff
organization, communication and effectiveness while serving as
the Organizational Effectiveness Officer for the adjutant
general of the State of Louisiana. He organized, directed and
staffed the team that designed and implemented the statewide
computer and communications network for the Louisiana National
Guard while serving as the Director of Information
Management. He was tasked by Rotary to organize and start the
morning club in Baton Rouge. He served in the capacity of deputy
for two Rotary District Governors in the oversight and
development of rotary and interact clubs in various communities
in south Louisiana. He has developed and promoted legislation
and programs for the betterment of a statewide Louisiana
business association.
Throughout his
30 year career in the military he served as commander of
battalion and brigade size organizations. While in command, he
was frequently called upon to organize and deploy in support of
various military and civilian emergencies.
Fred has held the positions of tax manager
with a Big 4 accounting and consulting firm; partner with chief
executive responsibilities of a medium size law firm; and
securities firm branch manager involved in recruiting, finance
and branch structuring.
